Full Time (35 hours per week)

Supporting our Client
Services Team (Financial Planning) the principal duties of this role will include:
- Producing client valuations
- Obtaining illustrations and quotations
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Preparing documentation
- Database management

Dealing with telephone calls from clients and
product providers
- General department administration and filing
duties
The
successful applicant will need to be able to plan and prioritise their own
workload, be able to communicate with colleagues and clients in a professional
manner and be a good team worker.
To
be considered for this position, applicants will need to have:
- Previous experience of working as a financial
planning administrator, ideally within an IFA practice and be highly numerate

A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word
and Excel
- Good communications skills (written and
verbal)
- High standards with regard to quality of
output
- A commitment to ongoing learning and self-development
