Assisting
the Partner and his team with their workload, the principal duties of the role
will include:
- Active involvement in the work cycle of the
corporate team including dealing with HMRC submissions, draft of relevant
corporate documents, liaison with Corporate Managers, Directors and Partners on
ad hoc matters
- Reception and office duties including running
of the Lancaster office reception, post in/out, switchboard, catering.
- Secretarial duties including liaison with clients
and staff, production of draft correspondence, ad hoc assistance to other
departments
To
fulfil the requirements of this role, the successful candidate will have experience
of digital dictation, audio typing and switchboard. We are looking for a
conscientious candidate who is both reliable and has a flexible attitude to
work. The candidate will also need to have a proven track record of effective
time management and possess a working knowledge of IT systems.

Our ideal candidate will have previous secretarial experience
gained in an accountancy environment. Given the nature of the role, we are
seeking someone who is professional, yet also extremely personable.
