Financial Planning Administrator

Supporting our Client Services Team (Financial Planning) the principal duties of this role will include: 

  • producing client valuations
  • obtaining illustrations and quotations
  • scheduling appointments and meetings
  • preparing documentation
  • database management
  • dealing with telephone calls from clients and product providers
  • general department administration and filing duties  

The successful applicant will need to be able to plan and prioritise their own workload, be able to communicate with colleagues and clients in a professional manner and be a good team worker. To be considered for this position, applicants will need to have:  
  • previous experience of working as a financial planning administrator, ideally within an IFA practice and be highly numerate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • good communications skills (written and verbal)
  • high standards with regard to quality of output
  • a commitment to ongoing learning and self-development
