Financial Planning Administrator
Supporting our Client Services Team
(Financial Planning) the principal duties of this role will include:
- producing client valuations
- obtaining illustrations and quotations
- scheduling appointments and meetings
- preparing documentation
- database management
- dealing with telephone calls from clients and product providers
- general department administration and filing duties
The successful applicant will need to be able to plan and prioritise their own workload, be able to communicate with colleagues and clients in a professional manner and be a good team worker. To be considered for this position, applicants will need to have:
- previous experience of working as a financial planning administrator, ideally within an IFA practice and be highly numerate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- good communications skills (written and verbal)
- high standards with regard to quality of output
- a commitment to ongoing learning and self-development
