Supporting our Client Services Team (Financial Planning) the principal duties of this role will include:

  • Producing client valuations    
  • Obtaining illustrations and quotations        
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings      
  • Preparing documentation      
  • Database management   
  • Dealing with telephone calls from clients and product providers       
  • General department administration and filing duties
The successful applicant will need to be able to plan and prioritise their own workload, be able to communicate with colleagues and clients in a professional manner and be a good team worker. To be considered for this position, applicants will need to have:
  • Previous experience of working as a financial planning administrator, ideally within an IFA practice and be highly numerate 
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel      
  • Good communications skills (written and verbal)   
  • High standards with regard to quality of output   
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and self-development
