The Role (Key responsibilities)

Supporting our Financial Planning team to deliver a quality service to a range of clients, the principal duties of this role include:

  • Day to day administration of corporate benefits schemes for clients
  • Performing the administrative requirements associated with new joiners/leavers of multiple benefit schemes
  • Liaising with clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Communicating with providers on a regular basis to ensure schemes are kept up to date
  • Administering the renewals of group risk and healthcare schemes
  • Research of corporate benefit markets
  • Monthly pension submissions via provider websites
  • Dealing with general enquiries from both corporate clients and their employees
  • Drafting reports and communication material for clients
  • Work closely with the Senior Corporate Benefit Consultant to increase business income and grow the client base.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications required
