The role presents an opportunity to join our growing and award-winning Manchester based Corporate Finance team, working directly with a broad range of clients to assist them in achieving their strategic goals.
The successful candidate will develop their experience and skills in Corporate Finance and gain exposure to a varied mix of projects (including Acquisitions, Disposals and Finance Raising).

What Will You Be Doing...

• Financial Modelling and the preparation of financial forecasts.
• Assisting with the preparation of business plan narrative and content.
• Investigating opportunities for acquisitive clients and liaising with them.
• Assisting on disposal, acquisition, valuation and fundraising projects.
• Investigating funding options for clients seeking to raise finance.
• Assisting with due diligence assignments. 
• Developing own network of potential clients and referrers of work.
• Utilising research databases for business development and project work.

• Interest in financial projections and developing further in this area.
• Experience of some of the areas of key responsibilities outlined above.
• Accounts preparation experience.
• Interest in Corporate Finance work.
• Up to date knowledge of FRS102.
