Full Time (35 hours per week)
Salary: £16 - 18k per annum

Supporting our Human Resources team to deliver a quality service, the principal duties of this role include:

• Student/training related administration including course bookings, scheduling training events and producing delegate lists and course notes
• Monitoring Training and Careers Inbox responses and chasing up outstanding compliance training
• Producing recruitment and new starter induction packs
• Assisting with induction scheduling and the setting up of new starters
• Providing support to monitor the Careers Inbox and deal with/refer appropriately
• Diary management for the team
• Preparing staff letters and contracts for review/signing
• Updating and producing reports using HRIS
• Assisting with general administration
• Providing support with holiday calculations and reconciliations
• Filing and any other ad hoc duties and project work as required

To be successful in this role, candidates will need to have excellent attention to detail skills and a flexible approach to managing their workload and priorities. The role requires candidates to adopt a discrete and confidential disposition whilst also having the interpersonal skills to communicate and interact with staff, colleagues and external sources effectively.

To be considered for this position, applicants will need to:

• Have at least two years’ experience in an administration role
• Have a minimum of grade B at GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
• Be a competent user of Word and Excel

Previous experience of working within a HR or professional services environment is desirable but not essential.
