Key responsibilities 

Website management

  • Assisting with the day-to-day management of the website and implementing new development features.
  • Participate in planning and preparing engaging content aligned with the digital media strategy.

Content, Campaigns and SEO

  • Conduct keyword research and optimise website content for search engine optimisation (SEO).
  • Contribute to campaign reporting by using analytics for campaign reviews.
  • Creation of web pages on brand website to help support the day-to-day content schedule.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Social media

  • To assist with the managing of multiple social platforms, providing insight and proactive suggestions for improving engagement.
  • Write high-quality original social media content, using your knowledge to create informative and engaging content.

Design

  • To create and resize social media and content assets for use across digital platforms and channels.

Reporting

  • Track advertising projects from start to finish.
  • Working in collaboration with the wider digital team to analyse digital data to enhance digital performance and outcomes.

What are we looking for ?

Essential Skills

  • 2.1 degree level or equivalent in a marketing or business related subject.
  • At least 1 year of Marketing Experience
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office packages.
  • Have a driving license and access to a car
  • Familiarity in marketing software and tools e.g. social marketing platforms, analytics tools
  • Time management and ability to multi task

Desirable skills

  • Experience in working with newsletter or email distribution platforms and website CMS, such as MailChimp and Craft CMS.
  • Experience with Canva and Adobe InDesign.
