What to expect in the role
- Support Head of HR to develop and implement an effective HR strategy
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and plans that align with the Firm’s business goals
- You will act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on people related matters to enhance Firm performance.
- You will drive projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and effective delivery
- You will manage a team of HR Advisors, supporting and cultivating their ongoing learning and development.
- Develop firm-wide understanding of and ensure consistent implementation of HR Policies and Procedures
- Deliver client work as required
- Assist with the training of staff – from design to delivery where necessary
What are we looking for?
- At least two years generalist experience operating at a Manager/ BP level is essential
- Ability to deal with a fast-paced working environment, with a high workload.
- Experience in a professional services environment, particularly accountancy is preferred
- Experience providing HR support and advice across multiple stakeholders requiring different approaches is essential
- Some demonstrable experience of planning and delivery of HR projects to support organisational change is essential
- Demonstrable up to date knowledge of employment law and contracts of employment is essential
- CIPD qualified to level 7 preferred but not essential
- Able to influence and challenge
